Registration Cost: $50 for teachers, $175 for graduate students, and $225 for faculty members. Your registration includes a Friday evening reception with appetizers and dessert options, a Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and a buffet lunch on Saturday afternoon. We hope this information can assist with budget planning.

Flying into UC Davis

The closest airport to the UC Davis campus is the Sacramento International Airport (SMF).


​Schedule Details

Please plan to arrive by Friday afternoon March 3rd to be present for our opening session with keynote speaker Dr. Nelson Flores (UPENN) beginning at 4:30pm. Other keynotes speakers include Dr. Maneka Brooks (Texas State University, San Marcos), Dr. Stephanie Jones (Grinnell College), Dr. Clifford H. Lee (Mills College at Northeastern University), and Dr. Shirin Vossoughi (Northwestern). Our conference will end on the afternoon of Sunday, March 5th. 

This will be an in-person conference. Therefore if you have been accepted to present and are unable to attend the conference, please inform the NCTEAR secretary Ryan Schey ([email protected]) via email no later than February 6th, 2023.
